I love the fact that I am on the route...you come to my home, I believe every three months, to check my water softener. You fill it with salt pallets while you are here. I receive the bill in the mail. If I ever have a question, all I have to do it call you.

Culigan has been great with me in my purchasing of the Water Softener Salt. They also deliver it to me and the gentleman who delivers it also takes it downstairs to the Crawl Space behind the bathroom and puts whatever is needed in the bin at the time for me. I have a very bad back and cannot lift the heavy bags very easily due to the back and also my balance problems from a couple of Silent Strokes a few years ago. I find them very helpful and recommend them very much.

Culligan tech that came to my house was great
Culligan is a phone call away if I have an issue. The service people and office staff are polite and respectful. On top of that I have soft water at the turn of the faucet. Body and clothing are soft and clean. The plus is they deliver the salt and fill the softener. Do I need to say more?
