They deliver my salt and put it in my softener. My water softener is in the basement on the back side of my house. The steps to get to the basement are a little hard for me to maneuver

The best part is the customer service. Asha is always nice and helpful and always has stickers for my little one. She always helps take water to my car after also. It's usually a quick in and out when I go.
