Love having the salt delivered and put into the softener, especially since it's in the basement. Saves me lugging the bags down steps and lifting into the softener. Some of the extra offered services are pricey and not sure how worth the money. The salt and delivery has gone up in price as well in the last five years but still worth it to this senior.
Culligan products ensureS cleaner water then what the city supplies. The water is also filtered and the cost is reasonable.
As well, the representative who came to our house and took care of us. Her name was karen. She was absolutely awesome. And just she was very friendly, extremely helpful and informative. And we, we have dealt with other culligan companies in the past. But while this gal knew her stuff and she was just great.

I have leased a water softener and reverse osmosis water filter from Culligan of Columbia for several years. I couldn’t be happier with both the products and services. They keep both units running smoothly and have replaced parts when needed at no extra charge to me. Salt deliveries are on time, and the driver checks to see that everything is ok. Customer service is always quick to respond.
