Excellent water softening unit. Prompt, regular and no worry refills on salt. Courteous and committed to the needs of customers. Easy to contact with questions and quick replies. A top notch and model company!

A water softener is not an area I have enough knowledge nor feel comfortable working on. That is why I signed up for the current program. I like having regular scheduled salt deliveries as well as having knowledgable and courteous technicians come out when needed.

In all honesty however the company has gone through some "growing" pains with delivery schedule but I have appreciated their working with me when I've called with concerns.

Also, trying to get a needed service call has taken a bit longer than I would have liked but I guess as the customer who needs the service even the slightest delay seems too much. You have always come through and made the visit before more serious problems occurred.

That Culligan now contacts me to tell me that the filters need to be replaced. And the replacements are made very efficiently, In the first few years, I had to call Culligan and it was always a mess getting through to the correct office. Apparently, at that time the business was a franchise. Culligan subsequently cleaned up their act and the service is now running smoothly and the staff are businesslike and helpful.

Like knowing that my reverse osmosis filtered water is safe to drink and tastes great. Also, that the filters changed to new filters without cost every year.

Customer service is great. They are knowledgeable, supportive and helpful whenever I have called with a question or concerns. I talk directly to a live person without having to press a lot of buttons in order to speak with someone.

From the for time I called Culligan for help a few years ago to now they have always been there for me. I am a retired widow. They have been honest with me and not sold or recommended anything I didn’t need. I have cancer and it’s such a big comfort to know that if something goes wrong with my unit they are right there to help.

We only rent a reverse osmosis machine, but I like the efficiency in the way calls are handled. Great technicians too.

The person who came out to change my filters, only does RO system filters, so I still need to have the soft water filter changed..
