Customer service for my water softener is excellent. I had a different Culligan service previously, and they never sent a delivery schedule, and when I did need service on the softener, the technician said there wasn’t anything wrong. Covina sent a technician and he quickly fixed the issue. My salt delivery service is also excellent.
Always very friendly and professional if I have an issue, they jump right on it and take care of it.
