I like clean water and delivery. I'm old as dirt and handicapped so getting it delivered to my 3rd floor apartment is important to me! The building has no elevator so stairs only. I CAN'T THANK THEM ENOUGH!

Our service tech is always very nice and comes right away when we have a problem. The people who answer the phones are always very nice and make sure my questions are answered. They are very happy to help with payments when I am unable to pay electronically.
