Service was efficient and timely. The technician was honest about the condition of my water and my current 15 year old softening system and I decided to upgrade to a new Culligan System. The cost was reasonable and the removal and installation went like clockwork. The maintenance plan should keep the new equipment serviced and working well and I no longer need to carry bags of salt to the softener in my basement. Happy customer so far.

Very easy working with Culligan. The deliveries are easy and we are always supplied with salt. Service is also very easy and quick to schedule. We had a hard water issue and they were able to send out techs quickly to diagnose and solve the problem.
Lastly, for our annual inspections, our tech Fabian was incredible. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Walked us through every step and let us know how our system was doing. We are on a well, so it was much appreciated. Fabian was great! Thank you
