Delivery is always reliable and I've been very happy with the customer service I have received from both the drivers and the admin staff. If I want to return bottles early or pickup an extra, they have always been accommodating. When I have had billing questions, they have worked with me to resolve the issue, even getting back to me when they said they would. Quite rare these days.

Your softener equipment works well as long as it’s maintained properly. We have had some issues with various parts on the softener that had to be replaced. The reverse osmosis system seems to work well with regular filters being replaced as needed. The service you provide for maintenance is not on a regular basis but only when requested now. Your service technicians seem to be very knowledgeable and professional when they are preforming the maintenance as requested. I do appreciate the notice that your company sends prior to the service date. Thank you
Tyler was quite informative and incredibly patient with us as we were learning of the services we needed and could afford at once. Tyler politely followed up regularly wrote we made a decision to use Culligan. Tyler met with us to demonstrate our water’s need for Softner and chlorine filtering. He was willing to repeat himself when we requested it. Tyler was so very patient, compassionate, and honest. Josh, our technician consulted with us on preparing for the installation. Josh’s work was excellent and left our area clean. Tyler returned to educate us on the use of our equipment. To this point, we have peace of mind that we have invested wisely into our home and that our pipes, appliances, surfaces, and our health will be preserved better than if we had not installed the equipment. I also appreciate the opportunity for an ongoing relationship with Culligan. Thank you Tyler and Josh! Also, Kirsten, at the office was kind to answer questions I had about billing. Culligan in Victoria is awesome!!

We moved into our home and we weren't told much about the Culligan filtration system we had here, so I called the office in Rothesay and Samantha set me up with service rep to come look at our system. Doug tested our water and also advised us to top up with Limestone. He was very knowledgeable. He set up a serviceman to come install the limestone to correct our ph balance. Peter was great. Also very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had for him. Thank you to all the staff at Culligan, we can rest easy knowing our water is great.
