We were using bottled drinking water in plastic bottles and were concerned about long-term health issues. We spoke to a good friend who was very pleased with the Culligan filtration system that he had installed and gave us contact information to reach-out to them. The Culligan representative was extremely nice and explained how it works and answered all of our questions very straightforwardly. Within a few days, a Culligan installer came to the house; went over the system again; checked under our kitchen sink to make sure there was plenty of room for installation; and assured us that the Culligan faucet for the filtered water would match the finish of our water faucet. Shortly afterwards, another Culligan representative came-by and said that the system would be installed for both filtered cold water as well as attached to the icemaker line so that the freezer cubes would also be made from the filtering system water. When the quotation/contract came it was, both in description of installation and price, exactly as discussed verbally with the company representative. Just about a week later, the installer returned and in about one hour or so completed the installation to both lines. The new Culligan faucet is exactly a match to the sink faucet and perfectly aligned on the other side of it so that it looks like an original installation of both of them. The filtered water is absolutely excellent and we are entirely pleased. Culligan will notify us yearly for an appointment to install new filters. So, we are completely happy with the Culligan triple-filter system and, as importantly, how pleasant it was to work with the company in having it put into our home. - Rose and Jay Deutsch

The RO filtration system is very satisfactory to us. We call once a year to have the filter changed for free and just pay $33 a month for clean pure water.
