Steady consistent service
We have been customers of Culligan since we bought our first house in 1972. We have always been happy with the service as well as the products. Isaac installed a new water softener in our home on Monday. He was efficient as well as professional. Isaac took time to explain the workings of the softener and what I needed to know to maintain it. Less than an hour after Isaac began the installation, he had completed the work, had the old unit removed from the basement, and the basement was cleaned.

The delivery service could not be any easier or better! Sometimes I forget to leave my empty jugs outside, and when that happens, I always get a call from the delivery driver asking if there are any to take back. Then, I remotely will open my garage door, and they take away the empty jugs that are inside of the garage, and leave my new jugs in the garage. They are always very pleasant to deal with and friendly!

The early notification of salt delivery is wonderful. And the attitude of our delivery gentleman each time is so welcoming and rare in today’s world. We have been with Culligan for over 30 years and have never been disappointed.
We just started our water delivery service and have been quite pleased so far. There was a bit of a wait between signing up and first delivery but that was understandable, since they were waiting on our cooler to come in. Delivery driver called when he was on the way to our house as promised. Water cooler is quite nice and worth the wait for it to come in. Water tastes fresh and clean.
