Brett Prescher, who I worked with is knowledgeable about water quality and also the mechanics of it all. He was a pleasure to do business with taking his time to make sure I understood what he was presenting including answering all questions I had, even after visiting with me in person.
The installation technicians were pleasant and accommodating making sure they didn't drag mud in. They were also patient teaching me how to use the smart part of technology. Even the City inspector conveyed that it was easy to see the installers knew what they were doing. Less than one week after the water softener was installed, I can tell the difference!

Good service, very responsive and accommodating. Products are ok except we have had ongoing equipment issues for quite a few months, without a true discovery of the problem. Until recently we had the problem addressed and now seem to be resolved.
