The service agent was prompt and polite. He explained the problem with the water softener and the need for replacement. He gave a thorough explanation after replacing the filters on the water filtration system.

Safer drinking water.
We just simply use 3 gallon Culligan water bottles for our cooler. Delivery is fine, simple, and water quality is excellent.
Do wish that Culligan could deliver some premium spring or artesian water products in small water sizes such as 12 ounce sizes.
The tech is just a wonderful gentleman who knows his stuff he is a 10.
every one is very friendly and helpful. The only thing they have change over the years and
it is sad that they don't follow closely on their equipement. Custumers are loosing and so are they. They use to call and give us an appointement, once a year, for one of their technician to come and change the filters. I'm renting their equipement. They stopped doing it, and as a result I was late for 6 months. That was desapointing. . They should advise their customers when they change their policies. So I had 6 months of paying for not so clean water,
