Chris was very engaging, while displaying and explaining the steps of the service he was conducting. The process to replace the filters went flawlessly, with a recommendation that I keep a watch for anything that isn't working as previous. Additional instructions to allow the tank to fill, drain and purge residue from the system were given, and will be followed.
