The water is cold and fresh, delivery is on point, and if I need something, I'm able to get my questions answered in a timely fashion.

I did not realize that I needed to ck more often about the salt. If necessary I will buy some to add to the tank.
Professional, clean, friendly and well mannered. Saved me the pain of loading and purchasing bags of salt. I am in my late 50’s and 40 pounds bags are a struggle.

The reverse osmosis system we have makes the heavily chlorinated town water taste so much better. The filters are expensive to replace but worth it.
