We've had Culligan for years with no problem. When we moved to our current home there was an issue with salt residue from the water. Their technicians have been trying to solve the issue for 5 years now, to no avail. We even got a new system thinking that might be the answer. They are still trying to figure out how to solve the problem. Other than that, we've we get great service.

Delivery persons are always friendly and helpful. I only wish they would call me 10-15 min before they arrive. I'm greatful when they arrive early on there route so I don't have to sit around all day waiting for them.
