Quick response and professionalism. Our new home did not have a softener, and was not plumbed to have one anywhere. Our Culligan sales rep was very understanding, and had installers out with a new softener the day after the plumbing was done! We are quite happy with the follow-up as well: system and water was checked for leaks and softness - no leaks at all, and we went from the high 30's to 0!

Delivery of salt
I've been a Culligan customer going on 10 years and their products and services have been outstanding.
The product I use is their Water Softener and Salt. Culligan makes sure their softner is running to it best where my water is soft and I'm not getting dry skin. If I do have a problem with their equipment, they are here to inspect, repair or replace immediately. That is also some my experience with their services. Culligan is also willing to resolve any problems immediately, rather it's their equipment or any financial problems I may be having. They are understanding and always willing to help.
I will recommend Culligan to anyone thst needs a water softener service.
