Culligan's customer service is second to none. I recently purchased a home and took over the rental contract. Everyone has made the process extremely seamless and fast, from taking over the contract to getting someone to come out (on a Saturday!!) when the original softener died a month after me moving in - it was all stress free. With the Culligan team I honestly never have to worry because I know they're there to help and/or provide direction. Hopefully they know how much they are appreciated.

First 9 months it didn’t work. I called your customer service 5 times. They came and changed settings. Finally I asked them that since it’s not working to remove it.
They sent a 4th technician who checked the water and told me the tank is defective. To much chlorine and carbon and calcium and salt in the water. That’s why my tea kettle has so much calciuum deposits you’ same with tub and toilets. Water was salty and had chlorine taste
Last week new tank was installed. Tha god so far its eye. Let’s hope it keeps working.
