Your service men are very professional and knowledgeable. I had Billy Donalds here today to service my system and he was very efficient. I was very impressed. Unfortunately, for me, I had forgotten to put extra salt in the tank. He helped me to rectify the situation so he should be commended for his service. There were some other minor issues, but he took care of everything in a timely and efficient manner.

I like the convenience that they deliver our bags of salt for our softener. I also like the fact that we rent our units so they maintain them for us and replace the filters at no cost to us, especially the reverse osmosis.
Erik did a great job changing our filters and checking our softner.
Chad delivers the salt and is so polite. He takes off his shoes and always informs me the number of salt bags.
