Joey is our delivery driver and is an outstanding asset to the Culligan team. he is always very respectful and polite when he comes by, he always makes sure the new bottles of water are placed out of the way, and not a tripping hazard. he always greets everyone with respect and is always sure to say goodbye as he leaves as well as making sure to ask if the location of the delivery is suitable for us. when someone is available to help him bring the empty bottles out, he is sure to thank us every time and insist we don't have to help. he is surely a very well trained and very well-mannered individual.

I don't experience hard water. They check everything when they come. When it's not yet time for service and your salt is low, once you call they will show up on next available time. They stick to their appointments

Our schools really enjoy the coffee we order and creamers (whenever the flavors we enjoy are available). Our teachers really make over the creamers and get excited when new or seasonal creamers come out.
Our delivery driver (I think his name is Kendall Moore?) is a really nice and helpful salesman. I also enjoy visiting with Kendall while he is filling the products. He is very knowledgeable and mindful of the products and is good to rotate the coffee boxes for us. We never have to handle what we order. He is good to go get it and then put it on our shelves. I really enjoy Kendall's fun and helpful personality. He is very approachable and personable. Good job hiring him!

My salt driver is usually very helpful but overfilled my tank maybe by accident. I called the office a young lady Sofia was very helpful in getting things situated with my account! Customer Service is sweet and helpful at this location. I’m happy with Culligan.
