Product is great and always punctual. Our delivery driver is always considerate of our property. The water cooler we rent went bad and during my next scheduled delivery he delivered it right against the garage where it was easy to carry inside. There are times our delivery driver has to pick up 10 empty bottles at once and he always does so without complaint, which I appreciate! I highly recommend.

Generally, the Techs appear knowledgeable and are able to do additional tasks not directly related to the water softener system, such as changing the UV bulb.

IT IS CONVENIENT AND THE DELIVERY PERSONS ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY ALWAYS HAVE TO RESET MY WATER SOFTNER BECAUSE OF POWER GOING OUT AND NEVER COMPLAIN.
I recommend Culligan right now because the customer service was amazing.
We had an issue with the resin getting out into our water system.
It plugged everything.
We called and Culligan was out fixing the problem the same day we called.
It is all fixed and our water softener is doing a great job.
Again the customer service was impeccable along with the service technician who fixed the problem.
