Since having my water softener installed last year I have enjoyed the water in my home. My skin feels way better and my water tastes better than it did before. I live in South Phoenix and the location is close by for me to pick up five gallon jugs to bring to work. The customer service I have received has been great every time I have gone there to get water.
I love that the prices are reasonable, and the delivery personnel are very friendly and helpful with the heavy bottles of water. They are always willing to put the water in my garage or even set one inside of the door to my house so it’s easier for me to install.
I like your cancellation list. I had a scheduled service call that was moved up a week. The communication of when the service tech would arrive at my home was excellent. The tech explained everything he did and came back the same day to complete the service since he didn't have the required part on his truck.
