Excellent customer service and love my water
We had trouble with the flow of our RO and the water wasn’t being filtered. We had just had all the filters and membrane replaced in September 2025 too.
Jesus came out and inspected the entire system and found a kinked line and replaced the membrane. He is the nicest and most professional tech. Hopefully we don’t have any more issues but if we do he is welcome to be our tech. He deserves a raise and full medical coverage as well as fully funded retirement from Culligan.
