Like the bottleless water system. We used to be fully dependent on unreliable bottle delivery. It helps to have a bottleless was dispenser in our break room and a bottom load water cooler in our reception area. Customer service by installer, Sean Siddons, has alwas been excellent!

The delivery driver was friendly and knowledgeable. He carried the salt down to my basement and loaded it into my water softener. I recently had surgery and my husband had a stroke, so there was no way I could carry the salt to my basement or load it into the water softener. I am very grateful to Culligan for this assistance.

I am particularly loving my water tower, even your employee could taste the huge difference in the faucet water and the Tower! As always, your employees are very helpful, very thorough and very nice. When I called to start service the representative was very helpful and arranged a delivery so I would not run out of what I had. Delivery was off route but it happened when it was quoted.
