She is professional and knowledgeable, as well as friendly and personable. After helping with the initial issue, she also helped with monthly service questions.
I like using softened water, and I very much appreciate that the RO system purifies our water very well. Our local water has a lot of calcium, etc., and every time I use the RO system, I'm grateful to have pure water in this area.

Culligan in Adel has been a JOY to work with especially compared to the last service we tried to use and they'd never show up. Literally rescheduled times to switch out bottles 4x or more. Culligan has been here when they said they would be. The water tastes good. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone.
