I used to buy the gallon water containers from the store. With Culligan it’s more convenient because I don’t have to carry the heavy gallon containers and taking more space in my kitchen. I have the rental plan that includes free services when needed. I’m a very satisfied customer.

The best quality water.
We have rented Culligan's drinking water filtration system for many years. It produces great tasting water without the chemical additives that are added to public water supplies. They have upgraded their system to make it more compact. We moved to a seniors cooperative, and just had a new system installed. As in the old system, the equipment is located beneath the kitchen sink. This time, we added a line to the refrigerator for both the ice maker and cold water. The install was very quick and the technician was very nice.

I called in a panic regarding my situation. Maria was who I spoke with. She was extremely friendly, calmed me down and called to get some one out as soon as possible. I received a call back from her in matter of minutes. The way she handled herself made you feel like she cared and that does not happen these days.
The young man they sent out was named Camden. He was very polite and the situation he was dealing with was a mess. He went right to work without any complaint of having to clean up the debris to get to the problem. When he came for the payment he was very respectful and made sure I did not anything else before he left.
Hats off to both of these individuals for making a awful situation turn out really great.

I like it that the water I get from Culligan comes from local sources. The water tastes good, the bottle dispenser is easy to use, and the price is reasonable.
