Always quick and friendly service from our delivery man (Tim). He's fast and efficient, always keeps an eye on how many jugs of water we have left, including the one being used, if it's almost empty, he asks if he should leave extra. In 10 years, we've only had one leaking bottle, and it was quickly taken care of. Good product and service all the way around. Thank you
