The product is very good. I like the system that I’ve had since 94 but the customerService at the Sylmar branch needs some improvement this last visit that I received that brought my system . up to speed was excellent. Dylan did a great job. It just took a little too long to get it done right And was a little expensive but will use Dylan again in the future if needed my system should be good for another 10 years after a few bumps in the road I’m very happy again and I want to let Scott from the corporate office.know I appreciate his intervention on my situation Thank you very much for coming through and taking care of me

I like it hat someone else lifts the heavy bags of salt! The delivery; persons usually deliver the salt when I am not home. They shake down any remaining salt in the tank, fill it up and go on their way. They are efficient, polite when I do see them, and are well trained. When they have to check the other tank, they know what they are doing.
