Our Whole House RO system was installed one week ago. Hunter went above and beyond that of any salesperson ever. He patiently went over every single detail and worked very hard to accommodate our variety of issues, which ranged from having a private water well, to RO water conservation to a bout of COVID, and then some! Josh was fabulous throughout the installation. He very calmly and patiently answered every question (some of them 2 or 3 times), and provided clear instruction as to how to use and maintain the new system. Hunter's followup has been patient and very helpful! As "first time parents" (LOL) of a whole house RO system, we have had many questions and concerns. All of which, Hunter calmly and patiently went to great lengths to answer and/or address completely.
