First name removed had cancer this past year and did not attend to the soft water unit as he did before, and had not put salt in it very often and we could not tell if the unit was working or not. First name removed can no longer lift the bags (which he did for years) We not elected to have bag of salt delivered again. We have very hard water and we need the soft water so we appreciate your providing soft water service.

I just had the new setup put in. The Culligan person that installed my new set up was helpful and clarified all I need to know . He took all the old equipment away. Great product and service for over 30 years at or home. Wouldn't use anything else, have a second system at our other home downstate, also a Culigan. Purchase our first system, ran for 25 years, now we rent them both.

I've had Culligan in my home for 3 years now. It's so convenient. I can pour an ice cold cup of water or refill my water bottle with delicious cool refreshing water. I can also pour a piping cup of hot water instantly to brew myself a cup of tea or hot chocolate or to mix something with instant hot water without having to use my stove. I love it. The convenience of having a months supply of water brought to my door is so easy. I set my water jugs out in the morning once a month and by the afternoon I have my next months supply of water delivered right to my door. HOW does it get any better than that? The cost is perfect as well. I'm retired and live on a budget.
Miguel showed up on time, worked efficiently and did a wonderful job installing the equipment. I highly recommend him. The work looks professional and works perfectly.
