John Klapahke and Billy LaPlant are an amazing representation of Culligan. Very honest, and resourceful and knowledgeable. Too many shops now a days come in and want to sell you a whole new, highly overpriced system, that isn't necessary. It's all about the upsale. Not with Culligan, John or Billy. I trust John and Billy. I sincerely appreciate their customer service.

Very helpful and accommodating
My boss handles the business end of Culligan, but as the person at the warehouse that receives the water it is a super easy and smooth transaction. Never any issue.
