This is our second year of having your services. The girls in the office when we took a sample of water to be tested were friendly and efficient and able to answer questions. Our installation of the softener went well and the yearly checkup went well with your technicians. Mike your salt delivery man is terrific and he delivers it right to the softener - very helpful to us with the weight of the salt, The delivery calendar you send at the beginning of the year allows us to mark those dates and helps make us available for delivery, The softener is very efficient and for only two people in the house it seems to use very little salt in the course of the year, No complaints at this time,

The drinking water system is quiet and efficient. The wireless leak detection alarm and automatic shut-off function are an excellent feature that I would highly recommend to anyone considering purchasing the system, particularly condo owners.
