The communication from Rock Valley Culligan is great! They notify us in advance to remind us of the day the salt for our soft water softener will be delivered. If we have a conflict with that date, they are good about rescheduling. The employees who deliver that salt are always pleasant and helpful!

They come in, deliver 50 lb bags of salt, our softener performance and are gone in less than 15 minutes.
