Culligan installed my water purifier and water softener systems more than 30 years ago.
On December 22, Brian and Mason arrived promptly at my house in Niskayuna to install a new updated ROS water filtration system. They did so with proficiency, efficiency and great care and such a pleasant attitude. They took their time to make sure the installation of the new equipment and faucets were perfectly done, then patiently tested the system to assure everything worked as expected. They were neat, courteous and respectful, answered my questions knowledgeably. They do deserve recognition for being assets to Culligan!

Excellent customer service
We have used Culligan for over 50 years. My parents had a Culligan Water Conditioner , not a huge stretch for us to know the difference between our soft water and the hard water a lot of homes have. We have lived in several Communities in the province and only two we couldn’t use Culligan.

The quality of the product and high level of customer from scheduling to the staff that handle the annual service.
I like the fact that the equipment that was installed was quality equipment. The personnel in service, sales, and installation, were prompt and professional. The installer, Tyshawn was prompt, courteous, professional and tidy. After installation, which was a swap-out of our outdated equipment from the now defunct Water Source, the installer removed the old equipment and explained the new equipment to us and answered all of our questions. We are pleased with this service from beginning to end.
