Salesman was not pushy, and Culligan was the only company that offered a rental option. Also, the installation was on time and professionally installed.

The most recent interaction we had with Rock Valley Culligan was for a salt delivery. The delivery went well and the salt bags were handled with ease by the delivery man. The softener has been working well without issues for many years.

I'm greatful that Culligan makes my hard water soft! I'm super appreciative that they deliver salt to my house, carry it inside, dump it in the softener, and carry away the empty bags. If there is ever any issue with the softener, they come out in a very timely manner to make repairs & get it back up & running.

The service technician, David, was excellent. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and he was able to quickly diagnose the source of the issues my system was having, and then made all the necessary fixes to get everything working properly again. He also gave me a quick overview of how to prevent future similar problems.
