Service was a little sketchy the first month on the service plan.. They did not come at the designated time (3 months post installation). I had to schedule the service, when it is supposed to take place automatically and regularly. However, the two technicians did a fine job and took care of all the needed maintanance.

Having soft water in this hard water climate has saved my home and me from drinking it. I love the RO water and I think the soft water is definitely helping my pipes and faucets in my home.
