Customer Service has been outstanding. In instances where circumstances delayed service to our area for any extended period of time, mangement has cared enough to respond and sometimes offer credit to our account for interruptions in service.
We rent our equipment. Ocassionally, there are issues with parts that need attention. When technicians come to the house for regular maintenance or for repairs, they text in advance to let us know they are on their way and their service on the spot is friendly and professional.

Always takes care of business
I like that you own the softener and then service it whenever we have a problem. You usually are prompt in coming to fix problem. The service person that came was very nice and was thorough with the checkup because machine was not using much salt since last delivery.
Someone still needs to come and fix a small problem.

In our home, we have Culligan’s water softener service and the countertop water dispenser. We are very pleased with both services. We have been loyal customers for 5 years and will continue to be for the foreseeable future.
We recently experienced an issue with the delivery of our water softener tanks. I called Culligan of Ontario customer service and spoke with Amber. She was very professional and resolved our issue in a prompt manner. I appreciate Amber’s assertiveness and professionalism in this matter.
