Happy to have soft water in Beavercreek. Also love our RO system. Our equipment is 14 years old now. I’m so very grateful to the salesperson who all those years ago suggested putting the salt tank in our garage! So much easier than carrying bags to the basement.
Shout out to technician Ben Taylor. This is the second time he’s been to our home (RO filter change this trip, water softener service in October). I appreciate his willingness to answer questions, job knowledge and his friendly demeanor. He’s a great guy.
