They came right out to test the water. Then we decided to go with the unit, and it was only a couple of days, and they were out and installed it.

Delivery is very convenient and our driver has even offered to place bottles in garage as they are heavy and difficult for us to lift. We appreciate that you have a 3-gallon option rather than only 5-gallon bottles like Costco

Though I’ve had several issues with the system working effectively even since the beginning when the tanks were first installed, GM Steve Thompson has been 100% knowledgeable explaining the process to me, helpful in working to resolve every issue that has come up, and is an incredible person all around. He is the reason I would recommend Culligan to anyone in my area.
