Great delivery - on-time, 5 minutes notice before arrival since I need to secure the dogs. Communication BEFORE the scheduled delivery was very last minute - 2 or 3 days. I would prefer a week or two notice.

The gentleman who replaced my osmosis filters was very friendly and knowledgeable. we had a problem with the power to the outlet the softener was plugged into and he helped me figure it out. He did a great job overall.
