The delivery person (I believe his name was Braydon) went out of his way. I do not have a driveway at the moment, so met him on the road with my car. He offered to carry the bags of water softener salt down to my house. I said I could take them in my car and bring them on myself. He said they are 50 pounds and said I will meet you at your house and bring them in for you from your car. He brought them in the house, put two bags in my water softner, and took the packages with him.
He went above and beyond in my situation without a driveway.

Great delivery service. I'm Handicapped and in a wheelchair, so when delivery person comes in they place 5 gallon bottles against wall., and the cases of water on a chair designated for the bottles of 24 pack.Your competition was not so kind!! I'm so happy I switched water delivery service to Culligan. In my opinion your water delivery services are always professional and very well done!! DDRamos
