We have an annual service contract for our under-the-sink RO system. A Culligan representative called to set up an appointment and gave a time of between 1-3 pm. Technician Andy called at around 1 pm to say that he will be at our place in two minutes! Not a typical response, normally, from service personnel, Andy was efficient & thorough with his work. Thank you Andy & Culligan!

I'm a 78 year old widow. Culligan, from the office staff to the technicians, take excellent care of me with reminders and service. Friendliness and genuine kindness must be a requirement to work for Culligan. Steve was here the other day, arriving exactly when he said he would. Other than informing me all was well, we talked a bit about the annoyance of the changing weather. Just like friends would talk. It's a wonderful feeling to be so well looked after!!
