Great customer service and product
The convenience of having a water softener reducing the amount of hardness & the calcium carbonate in the water, the damage it causes to the appliances utilizing water and fixtures in the house.
The only thing I miss before I had a water softener. I could take my blue jeans and they could stand up on their own from the hardness in the water.
