Delivery is timely & professional. So that has been a big improvement. We did have a bottle crack/leak all over our floor & we were supposed to get a credit. That never happened even when delivery guy said he would let them know. Not sure where the ball dropped but he should have that authority.

The water tastes good always and if there is a problem Culligan takes care of it immediately.
The water is so clear in the bottle, the only way know I know if the jug is empty or has water in it by looking at seal on top of the jug. Culligan water is better then any bottle water you buy regardless what brand it is or much it cost. People I work with make jokes about me paying for water when we have water fountains. I had to prove to wife about the water quality, by placing a glass of tap water and glass of Culligan water in the freezer for twenty minutes. Tap turned cloudy and culligan Water was still clear.
