My delivery guy is absolutely the best. He is timely, polite, efficient and friendly. He has to carry those heavy bags of salt down steps and all the way across the basement in a ranch home. The salt is also very effective.

We were happy with the product but the water filtration was supposed to have filter changed once a year. Our year mark was fall and no one has been here to replace it. We rent it so thought that was part of the service.
