I like how kind the delivery people are. When Ryan had to deliver to us, our bottles weren’t out, I tried to hurry to put them out when I saw him drive up but I definitely slowed down the always fast and efficient process. Ryan was kind enough to wait around and hand the bottles to me as I was putting the new ones away, which saved my back and weak arms. He didn’t have to do that at all, but it sure helped me a ton and I greatly appreciate that and him. Even though I’m sure I threw off his routine, he never made it seem like I was inconveniencing him. The delivery drivers are the best and I truly appreciate all they do, rain or shine, freezing cold and snow- no matter what, they are incredible.

Culligan salt delivery service is great. They schedule deliveries every 4 months for us and call before they deliver. What we really appreciate is they take the salt bags to our soft water unit and fill it for us. The delivery staff are very courteous and friendly.. We give Culligan and their staff a 10 rating.

Culligan of Tallahassee replaced the older model water cooler for my busy 24/7 emergency animal hospital! It's aesthetically pleasing and works as expected. My favorite part is that it has such a small footprint and sits perfectly at our hydration station/ coffee bar.
Your Dependability, Flexibility and Sharing your Ideas to Help me have the best Success ( i.e.: getting a pump with a tube, which goes over the lid on your bottles; after removing the seal and cap in middle of the lid. The tube goes through the hole into the water, which allows you to press a button on top of the pump to get the water out --- i don't remember if your employee recommended the specific one or if I found it: "Cozy Blue smart electric pump")
