We like the reverse Osmosis water. Now we don't have to buy 5 gallon water bottles for our water dispenser. It will save us money in the long run.
I bought my water softener system in 2019 so I wasn’t sure if I could get service but I did. I had a problem with a hose that disconnected somehow and was flooding my basement during regeneration. The Culligan service person gave me a tip on how to handle this unlikely situation if it should ever happen again.
