what he was doing as well as explaining the results.

Responsiveness. During a routine servicing of my unit, the technician found that there was no power going to it. He brought it to my attention, quickly troubleshot the problem, and installed a new transformer. The unit was operational again in less than 15 minutes. That's excellent customer service!
