My water softener was not using up any salt for many months, and the level was at the top of the container. My water was also getting progressively harder. Water was streaming out of the hose which drains into the utility sink for over 24 hrs., when I turned the whole thing off. I called for service and was quickly scheduled for an appt. on Dec. 18, 2025. Brian (if I remember correctly) came and quickly found and resolved the problems. He also replaced a piston which was not functioning. I finally have soft water again.
Brian called when he was on his way (per my request). He was obviously knowledgeable, respectful, and courteous. Because I rent the softener, there was no charge for the repair (thank heaven!).
I like the fact that I never worry about getting salt and keeping it full. Always have good water quality. Not too much lime buildup in the water, shower toilet etc.
The delivery driver is super nice.

I had a service call for an Aqua-systems tank we put in about 18-20 years ago. The service went very well. I was expecting maybe having to get a new system. A little tweaking by the technician, no new parts, and it seems to be working just fine. The technician suggested I use anti-rust salt twice a year, so I will be doing that.Thanks for fixing my system.

I am very pleased with the service. I have never had water delivery before and was not sure how it worked. Adrian has been the best and most patient about explaining to me how it worked and helping me get it all set up. The delivery people are helpful and reliable. I am really satisfied with the service and would recommend them.
