I walked in a asked to schedule a delivery. They were able to come the next week. The driver was very polite and unleaded salt and filled our softener. We happebed to be home and he didn't need to use a key to get into the basement. Culligan has had a key for 30 years or so. Have had good service.

Tom is a true professional. We found something in of our water bottles once it was empty. I brought it to his attention and he rectified the situation right away. He deserves to be recognized for outstanding customer service.
