We like the product. The service has been a bit bumpy since Columbia was taken over by another branch? Schedule has been a little iffy, but may be finally smoothing out. Not happy that they are only open 1/2 day on Friday. Used to be M-F and 1/2 day on Saturday. Office is close, and I appreciate being able to pick up on my own.
Mike and Justin came to install a new water softening system. They were fabulous! They trained us on how to use the system very thoroughly. Great customer service.

Quick and efficient
We love the delivery driver Jimmy. He goes way beyond the norm for us. He will even put the bottles on our machine when we are unable to do it. He is very kind and encouraging.

We really appreciated the quick response to come out and look at our old system that was not working and give us an estimate right away for a new one. Then the complete install was done in a couple hours within two business days. We also like that they are a locally owned company.
