We've been customers for 28 years now. The water softener has been a blessing beings our water was 19 grains hard. The issues we've had were dealt with fairly quickly and professionally. John was on time and had everything he needed on hand to complete the job.

Easy to work with since they changed their route scheduling procedure. Recommended to several of our clients since we are a General Contractor. I like that I can just ask that they drop salt at the garage and we will fill the tank if we cannot be at home for delivery. :)

Dominic (service technician) did an excellent job of checking out our rented water softener system. He made a couple of performance adjustments to our unit that we trust will improve our softwater expectations.
Everything is seamless. I get a phone warning of a pending delivery, place my empty jugs outside, they are replaced with full ones and auto-pay handles the rest. Our water is high quality our dispenser works beautifully. This company provides great service and quality products at a more reasonable price than competitors. I'm a huge fan.
