If we are having a problem with our system they will answer the phone and not route you through to an answering machine or system somewhere in the Philippines!
They can usually help you with your problems and talk you through how to fix or temporarily readjust until someone can come to fix or replace the problem parts.

The quality of the product and the customer service from Culligan Water Company in Belleville are excellent. The gentleman that delivered our salt a few days ago was awesome. He filled up our salt tank and carried the bags of salt to our basement and placed them in the room that holds our Culligan water softening system. He was quick, courteous and very helpful.
