Our Culligan water purification and softening and drinking water system has vastly improved the quality of our well water. We recently had the annual servicing of our system done by a very knowledgeable and friendly serviceman, who took the time to answer many questions we had about caring for our system.

The product and delivery are good. The on-line service to place a change in the amount of water bottles you need never works. Therefore, you run out of water until you can arrange the increase with the delivery driver. However, the on-line record is not updated. Frustrating!
